Returns and Refund Policy

Design Packs Summary:

  • You acknowledge that our digital Interior Design Packs—including comprehensive guides with colour schemes, recommended fixtures and finishes, shopping lists, design notes, and more—are offered as one-off downloads. Once downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your Design Pack, please contact us by emailing support@fifimcgee.com and we’ll respond within 48 hours.

  • You acknowledge that Fifi McGee Ltd reserves the right to update or change the content of any Design Pack (to content of an equivalent or higher value) at any time.

  • You acknowledge that all information provided in our Design Packs is for guidance only and is not exhaustive. Every project is unique, and it is your responsibility to ensure that all financial, legal, and technical obligations are thoroughly researched and met before implementing any design recommendations.

  • You confirm that you are purchasing a single license for personal use only. The Design Pack or any parts of it is not to be screenshot, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes, and copyright is taken very seriously.

  • You give permission for your email address to be added to the Fifi McGee Ltd. database for communication related to your purchase.

  • We reserve the right to revoke your access to our digital products without a refund if we suspect any breach of our terms and conditions.

Online Course Summary:

  • You acknowledge that our 30-day refund policy is available to all customers enrolled on any of our online courses including: the How to Renovate a House Online Course, Home Design Lab program, the Happy Home Painting Course, Lighting & Electrics & Plan Your Extension.

  • If you wish to exercise your right to cancel under clause 6, you must inform us of your decision within the 30 day cooling-off period in writing: Simply complete this form and we’ll let you know the next steps. We respond to all enquiries very promptly but please allow 48 hours.

  • You acknowledge that Fifi McGee Ltd reserves the right to change any content (to content of an equivalent or higher value) at any time.

  • You acknowledge that all information provided is for guidance only and is not exhaustive. All projects are different and it is your responsibility to ensure that all financial and legal obligations are researched thoroughly.

  • You acknowledge that any online courses will be run through the website via a password-protected classroom and that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a good, working internet connection to view class content including videos.

  • You give permission for your email address to be added to the Fifi McGee Ltd. database for the purposes of sending you communication relating to your purchase.

  • You confirm that you are purchasing a single license for any online course or download paid for on our website for your individual use only. Our courses are not open for competitor use and copyright is taken seriously.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access to your membership in our online courses and/or private community without a refund if we suspect a breach of our terms and conditions and/or community rules.
